Contest Brief
Organization Name: Bless the Mind Foundation (This is what the logo will read)
Bless the Mind Foundation is a non-profit organization that creates needs-based and merits-based college scholarships for needy students in the Philippines so they can pursue their full potential to advance themselves, their families, and their communities.
Task: Need a SIMPLE yet elegant logo design.
Here is a reference folder of logos I like and why I like them: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/o37ox5z0pvttv3d/AABHprl9SzHczeaKky8dnU61a
The graphic part of the logo should symbolize “growth” AND “knowledge.” Potential graphics can be a plant, tree, brain, sun, hands, or a combination of any of these. Whatever the symbol, it must be simple. The symbol can be placed above, below, or to the left of the text.
It is vitally important that the logo as a whole reflects the message of helping others grow, advance, move forward in education and life, move upward and rise out of poverty.
No tagline or slogan underneath is necessary.
**Bottom line***
1) Logo should be simple and modern
2) Font
-Sans-serif font and capital letters are preferred.
-Flat, clear, and easy to read. It should be able to stand well on its own.
-NO shadows or 3D effects.
-Colors: green, yellow (specific yellow indicated on reference file 6), or black or grey.
-"BLESS THE MIND" must have the same font size. "FOUNDATION" can have a different font size.
3) Image
-Flat
-NO shadows or 3D effects.
-Colors: green, yellow (specific yellow indicated on reference file 6), or combination of both.
**Please submit with a PLAIN/SOLID, WHITE background.
Again, it is MANDATORY that you look at this reference folder of logos and notes I have made: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/o37ox5z0pvttv3d/AABHprl9SzHczeaKky8dnU61a
If you have any questions about the brief, feel free to post them up, and I will get back in touch with you as soon as I can. I will choose the one that best displays our message platform and branding.
Thank you!
