The blog will be a financial site so it needs to be all capital letters. Green on white is preferred just as fidelity.

ICON must not exceed the height of the logo text.

Ok I decided I like the arrow and chat bubble. Please remove all mountains. It looks like a bottled water logo.
Another variation may be an Eye shape with the arrow inside of it. But let's see flat style (no round bubbles) with an arrow inside.

Please do not seperate Earnings from speak. The title should be all capital letters All the same color EARNINGSPEAK
Also logo should be to the left of the text not above it. This is a flat design contest please do not use drop shadow on anything and please do not use a moon shape on anything as this is a USA based site we do not use moons in our logos.

Its neither: earningspeak.com needs no space. It represents both. This is a financial blog. Need it to be a flat style icon. We should try a chat bubble with the stock increase arrow. Please refrain from using the dollar sign.
