To all the talented designers who took part in this contest I would like to express a sincere "Thank You". Everyone submitted some very good concepts, and making the final decision was difficult, but unfortunately there can be only one winner. I based my decision on the design that I thought best represented our brand. I hope this contest has been as positive experience for you all as it has for me, and I invite all of you to participate in any future contests that I might hold. Thanks again to all of you.

Good work all, but still not quite what I'm looking for. Here is an example of a concept that I like (but please don't let that limit your creativity); http://www.myflorida.com/ . It's simple and eye catching. I especially like its color scheme. I am also pleased to announce that this contest has been upgraded to "Guaranteed".

All of the designs are impressive, but while the health insurance aspect is important, remember this site will be centered on its users who will all be Florida residents. I think entry #7 is on the right track.
