Síntese do concurso

Please design me a graphic logo design for my website header. I am not looking for a complex design here, simple and clear is more important. This should be mainly the site title with a square image logo design to the left side.
The site title and URL is Mediation.Directory (Still in build). The theme of the website is mediation services and conflict resolution and offers a directory in how to find these services. So it would be better if any design represented this.

I have in mind that the logo format should be as the layout below where the X represents the space for an image:

XXX MEDIATION
XXX Directory

But I am open to fresh ideas.
The image logo part will be also used as the site favicon.

The logo size required is 266x103px and should have a transparent background. (the background is white)
The color of the nav menu is #3d7a00 (green) so the words and logo should closely match this color scheme.
