About Newhall Ranch:
“Newhall Ranch” is a brandnew home development that will be built in Southern California USA in an area that has beautiful rolling hills covered with California Oak trees. At the base of the development is a meandering riverbed. It is set in a country environment. The community is slated to have hundreds of walking, bike riding and horseback riding trails that will wander through the hills and down along the riverbed. Those trails will be marked by 3 rail wood fences.
