The BLUE AND WHITE sign that is in this picture is the sign out of our small real estate agency. I want a logo that people will instantly associate with this blue and white sign in the picture. But I want the graphic to look like it was designed in 2013 (depth, tasteful shadowing, shine, outlines, whatever is your style). While I want it to look like the same lettering Font as in the picture and the coloring to be the same (blue and white) I want it to also have some kind of picture of a house or a roof. All it has to say is "H.J. Bernard Realty" You could lay it out however you think it would look nice: I also included one of our old signs from decades ago for fun. The new logo does not have to embody any of this old vintage sign(neon orange and black) but if it inspires you, so be it.
(and I will need the logo file to be big enough so that I can load it up for big real estate signs - but I am sure you know that).

All the logo needs to say is:
