Contest Brief

I need someone to design a logo for our internal intranet. Our intranet name is Xchange. So, the logo should show the name: Xchange. Here are things to consider when designing this logo:
1- Preserves the company identity. Our company (XOMA) logo is attached (or go to: xoma.com)
2- Works great on dark and white background. Even though the banner on our intranet where this logo will reside will be dark gray.
3- Contains the intranet name: Xchange

I am attaching here the XOMA logo and the current logo that we want to replace.
