Design a Logo for Xperience Real Estate and Xperience Salem

Contest Brief

We need a logo designed for a new real estate company called Xperience Real Estate. I would like the color scheme to consist of blue, green, white, gray and black. You do not need to use all of those colors, but those will provide the color scheme for our website, so I would like the logo to match well. For color scheme inspiration please refer to http://www.trulia.com , https://www.lendingtree.com and http://www.realtor.com

As far as the design goes, we would like it to clearly demonstrate that our company is involved in Real Estate. We also would like it to allow us to either add on a city (EX: Xperience Real Estate Portland) or remove the Real Estate and replace it with a city (EX: Xperience Portland) easily. Aside from that, I would like to leave things open on the creativity side.

I would also like a copy of the same logo with either Xperience Real Estate Salem or Xperience Salem to show how easily transferrable the logo will be as we expand into new markets.
