Contest Brief

The name of the business is Property Partner.

The business is a property management firm which manages residential property on behalf of property investors.

The logo must feature the words Property Partner but could also include the phrase “we care” if appropriate to the design.

The following attributes describes the brand image that I am after. Please consider these when designing the logo submission –

Professional/Sleek/Trustworthy & Caring.

I do not have any preconceived ideas for what the logo could look like or what the colours should be so please use your creativity.

The winning designer could also be retained for other work that I need to do.

The winning designer is to provide all native files and files ready for use on website/electronic marketing material and print marketing material.
