The winning content will have the advertisement printed and used for promotion of the Interview Training Program.

Business Name: B.I.T (Business Induction Training)
Size of the Advertisement: A4/A3
Target Market: University Graduates/First Timers Looking for work in the corporate industry. (Ideally for people within IT, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Sales and Marketing working verticals).

What are we promoting?: A 2 Day Training Course around Successfully applying for jobs and preparing for Interviews.

Although the poster cannot contain too many words to be catchy, some Points that you could use to sell the course (You may suggest other phrases as well. Not using all of these points would be advised):
1. Overcome uncertainty and understand the hiring process
2. Gain a multiplied amount of confidence
3. Have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to interview questions / Change the way you are perceived from the other side
4. How to send out your details in the right way
5. Ensure that your online presence and self PR is represented in the best way possible
6. Know how to apply for positions properly
7. Gain a clearer understand of the presentation standards in the corporate world
8. How to handle rejection and/or try and overcome any barriers
9. Manage your time and duties throughout the process

Our Intension: Is to ensure that the next generation has the skills and knowledge around being employed in a job that they deserve.
What is provided:

2 Days x 6 Hour Training Course Covering 12 Units around getting the Job that you want.

Pricing: For the two day course it will cost a total of $240 per person. Any way to promote this price is ok. For Example: $300 (20% off) $240

Poster should be:
Eye catching
Easy to read and understand
Conditions of the Classes: Minimum of 5 and a Maximum of 7 Students per class 2 times per week; Monday – Tuesday and Wednesday - Thursday. (Possibly 3 Classes depending on the need Friday - Saturday) from 2nd – 28th February.
Delivered in PSD (working) and PNG format.

The winning submission will be decided by
-how well the design suits the business
-submissions made obviously without reading this contest brief will be rejected.
-the most attractive layout

Winning designer will be invited to possibly many more private projects.
