Design a real estate "for sale" sign

Contest Brief
Hi guys - I need a for sale sign made up for my agency, and let's face it - most for sale signs are all the same. Boring.
I want something that really stands out. Something unique.
Basic requirements, it needs to be 600x900mm and include
1. our logo (which I've added)
2. the tag line "Australia's No. 1 Private Real Estate Company" under the logo
3. being that this is a "for sale" sign - it needs to say "for sale by owner"
4. our phone number - 1300 588 200 and
5. some way for the owner of the property to add their mobile number, this could be just white space for them to write their number or a series of 10 digital 8s for them to black out sections and make into numbers - up to you

Hi again guys and girls - really high quality designs, thanks heaps to everyone who's submitted entries. Again, a few items of clarification.
1. Layout is to be portrait not landscape
2. The digital 8s must be white on black – I know this is horrible for design but necessary for individualization of the phone number
3. If you’re choosing to lay the 8s out in 3 series – they need to be 8888-888-888 not 888-888-8888
