Contest Brief

I need a t-shirt designed:

420 inside a US interstate seal. (Example I-95, I-35, I-5) WITH A CANNABIS LEAF INLAID BEHIND THE 420
Red on top, white line, blue with 420 in white.

I need the files to be submitted in a file type that will be ready for me to give to the printing press.

I also need entrants to acknowledge that I will be the owner of the design once it is selected as the winner.
