We are in the process of building an online (cloud-based) application. Up to this point the 'design' has been kept to a bare minimum. There are screenshot available that you can use as a background. The overall structure should stay the same, the user interaction is fixed.

We're looking to work with a designer that can provide us with a good design for the application. We ask you to take a look at these images, and show us your suggestion for an attractive layout. The main page is called 'inbox', (inbox.zip) at a minimum we'd like to see your design for this page. All other screenshot are also available in screenshots.zip

There is a complete style guide available, in which all the individual components are described. Once the final design has been chosen, you are request to provide us with an updated version of the style guide, which will contain the new css. We expect support for these browsers: IE9+. Chrome, Firefox, Safari. The contest winner is supposed to deliver the completed style guide, with the new CSS, after selection.

The current QA version of the software is mostly green, but the final version is supposed to adhere to the colors of our logo (red, white and black) The logo with the colours is supplied as part of this briefing.

Great opportunity and according to your profile I think you're honest. Time is money, so I have a suggestion: create a contest for wireframes (design concept) and after a contest for mock up (visual). Specify how many screens you need. This way is less expensive for you and for people that will submit their works.
