The design is to be used on an ASP.NET MVC application. If you can provide a Visual Studio ASP.NET MVC solution (preferably using .NET core 2.0) there will be more of a chance that your design gets chosen (subject to the design being appealing).

In the design I'll need to create the following types of fields in the form:
- Text entry
- HTML Entry (in a WYSIWYG editor -- you can recommend which editor to use, provided that it can be used commercially without paying any licenses)
- Drop downs
- Date fields
- Time fields
- Date/time fields
- Numeric field
- Slider field (e.g. 0 to 100%)
- Button
- Link

A general dashboard page should be designed, with a menu, I'd like to decide between two versions
- would be good to see a menu that is both on the left of the dash board
- and a menu that is at the top of the dash board
then we can decide which version to use.

Each menu option will bring up a different data entry form (we will code this ourselves). It would be a bonus if you can provide any indication of how we can implement a solution that does not require the whole page to be refreshed when clicking on a menu item, i.e. a single page application-like solution (but not necessary if you do not know how to do this).

Our colour scheme uses the following HTML notation colour: 0c70b6 (which is a shade of blue)

You must provide HTML/CSS/JavaScript;
and preferably an ASP.NET MVC Solution (although this is not a primary requirement, but will help your submission)
