Template for Healthcare NGO Annual Report

An A4 full color, vertical format, print project. An annual report design template that will be used this year and in future years. The project must be provided is either InDesign or MS Publisher.

The design concept must be developed but my client has an existing logo, QR code, style guide including colors and fonts to be used available for download here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/txmmz1zkik4se98/AnnualReportLogosBrand.zip

The final annual report may be approx. 20-40 pages based on this template but the concept design must already include pages/sections including:
front and back outside cover (QR code must be features)
front and back inside cover
content page
letter from the board chair (half page)
letter from the ceo (half page)
letter from the director (full page)
introduction page
what we do section
results section - highlighting 6 areas of acheivement (% number for each)
sub-brand one page
sub-brand two page
sub-brand three page
sub-brand four page
sub-brand five page
sub-brand six page
support section
parnters section
organisation chart (40 people)
transparency page
sustainabilty page
annual accounts and finance section

Stock photos can be included but he actual text, tables, graph and photo content will be added by us into your template later.

I have consider all the guideline as u have given the corporate identity guidelines. And I used to make the design within your guideline. Ex. The fonts and color logo placement, elemets.
