Hello,

I need an "authorized dealer" certificate created for my company City Puffs (www.citypuffs.com). The certificate should have a look/feel similar to my website.

- I will need to have an editable field for the "dealer" and "dealer location".
- I will need my signature on the certificate (please see attached files) above "Jason Delshad- President"
- The text should read "This certificate attests that this dealer has exceeded or met the minimum requirements to be recognized as a professional quality dealer and has been granted an exclusive right to resell City Puffs products. In order to become certified as an authorized dealer, this verified and trusted establishment has agreed to adhere to the values and strict standards set forth by City Puffs. Furthermore, this dealer has demonstrated honesty and integrity in pursuing the complete satisfaction of customers and is dedicated to ensuring the highest possible level of customer service."
