We need to design an user interface for the application for wheel inflation.

I have a simple sketch (attached).

On the first line we are displaying which wheel position is going to be inflated. Simply identified by P1 / P2 / ... P6. We were considering to show here an alert of some other wheels (not related to the wheel which is being inflated). If alert is displayed it must be very visible and noticable to user that something is going wrong.

The second number is giving user option to set the desired pressure. This will be in the tyre shop so we would like to simplify input (avoiding keyboard). Perhaps buttons that can be easily pressed will be suitable. (this will run on 7" tablet). Tablet will start bleeping once actual pressure reached target pressure.

Second big number showing current pressure. This is the most important number for users. Should display also units (PSI or Bar or kPa)

Third the app must display current temperature also with units.

Last is the switch between hot and cold pressure. It will by default (and most of the time) operate on cold pressure.

We will also need some back button (not displayed) to return to the main menu of the application.

We find it useful having a small version number of the app displayed somewhere in the corner.

Second screenshot (icdapp.jpg) is of our existing application (main / only screen). The car schema is given. We don't want to change it. But improving the style / layout or the app will be good.
