Contest Brief

I need to design powerpoint template for selling a land plot. You need to design a title page and rest of presentation pages.

Land plot has great location near main roads coming to Moscow city. You can travel to a site by bus, train or car in 30 minutes from Moscow. There is an airport near (10-15 min by car). Land plot has access to electricity, gas and water. So it is a perfect place for construction of shopping mall, warehouse or distribution center. I hope you can say the same with a graphical design.

The structure of presentation assumed to be following:

1. Title page
2. Land plot information and location (aerial photos)
3. Infrastructure around (train station, main roads to Moscow, airport, access to electricty, gas, water). Why it's great for construction of shopping mall, warehouse or distribution center.
4. Distances to nearby cities, shopping centers, etc.
5. More photos of a land plot
6. Contact information
