Design and build a single page, minimalist, fast loading website for a news app (NewsIQ). The website will be used to promote the app, describe what the app is about, and provide download links directly to the Apple App Store and Android Market.

Submitted designs should have complete copy/text. You can get text from the app description below and from http://projectrex.net/ . With the main goal of producing a site for marketing the app, you have creative freedom in designing what menu options there should be, color scheme, placement of images, and what text is displayed.

* The project will produce a design, source files, and HTML (php, javascript, css, etc if necessary) files.

* A loading screen/icon while the page is loading.

* Provide 2 links/buttons towards the top of the page, linking to the app stores, one for Apple App Store and the other for Android Market.

* A menu at the top of the page should scroll to the selected sections.

* Links to social media (twitter, facebook, and instagram) , a privacy policy, and terms of service pages at the bottom.

* A functional contact form (with captcha) that sends an email to the page admin.

App's Promotional Text: Tired of wasting time reading boring news headlines & articles you don't care about? With NewsIQ, you will be given only intriguing news that match your interests.

App Description:

NewsIQ provides you with an easy and simple way of finding news articles you want to read. With this app, you will no longer need to wade through countless of boring articles just to find one or two that are interesting. With NewsIQ, every displayed article is selected because we think you will find it intriguing.

The app is simple. Swipe an article right if you find it interesting, otherwise, swipe left. Press the article if you want to read the full story. That's it. The more you swipe, the closer future articles will be to your exact interests.

The app also has a social platform, where you can interact with others to express your opinions and carry conversations about each article. Here you are able to engage with our community about the article by leaving your own comments, posting replies, and up/down voting comments.

I have several instagram project such as your project that you want to make.
I have full experience about instagram project.
In the past times, i have make tha video by combining the selected image from the instagram and song selected by user.
