I need a new facade for the attached building. This building has two storefronts. The storefront on the right is a restaurant and the storefront on the left is an ice cream shop. I would like each of the storefronts to have their own facade. You can add widow treatments, awnings, signage, stucco, colors, fabrications, siding, etc. You cannot change the structure of the building but you can add new structure to the facade. Winner will need to specify the materials and colors used. Colors should be pastel.
