Contest Brief

Dear contest entrants, do to the unfortunate interaction with one disgruntled individual who who has the desire to become the Project police, I feel it may be necessary to reiterate my expectations to provide some clarity in your efforts. First of all, I want to thank each, and every one of you for your entries. You r efforts are deeply appreciated. I would like to have a door hanger created that serves the purpose of obtaining the attention of the intended party, and I this should be done through various mediums. Visual graphic aids, and font's that convey the message of the intended purpose of buying the homeowner's house for cash with a quick closing. I would expect to see the following in the project: The actions words "WE WANT YOUR HOUSE!!!", the visual aids of money, and a house, or houses. Also, the Company name, (REAGO REAL ESTATE) logo (attached), and contact number. If I like the design, I will discuss final font sizes, and colors if needed. I will also attach images of a few visual aids for the purpose of getting your creative juices flowing, and not necessarily for use. The format is most important for me. I'm extremely flexible, so please feel free to ask me anything. Thanks again to all entrants. God Bless
