Please design a logo for the company "engage motivate turn grow". EMTG.

about company:
The company is focused on speaking to audiences and motivating the to work harder.
We "ENGAGE" the audience, then "MOTIVATE" them to "TURN" or change their attitude so they can "GROW" in their career or life.

our audiences are:
We speak in front of corporations, university students, ex-prisoners, unemployed.

Here are a few suggestions:

1. for the phrase "engage motivate turn grow" use smart logos.

2. make a shape of EMTG in the shape of a group of people progressing from left to right.
the first person (E) is rested , the second person (M) is motivated, the third person is turning ( or changing) and the fourth person is growing.
