Contest Brief

We need a logo for our company.
We organise casual shooting events. Our business is localized in various destinations (cities). Therefore our websites are in form of CITYshootingclub.com (e.g.: www.bratislavashootingclub.com - feel free to take a look on our products, however we expect you to create a completely new logo without relations to existing one).

Our criterias for the logo:
- logo must include text in the form "CITY Shooting Club" with CITY being replaced by "Bratislava" and "Kiev" to see your proposal for a longer and shorter city name (as we have business in several destinations, the city name can vary (length) from site to site, therefore the position of the city name should be applicable for shorter and longer city names.
- text can be in 2 rows or just 1 row
- we prefer rectangle shape (something between 2,5:1 up to 5:1 ratio)
- logo will be probably in upper left corner on the website
- we prefer clean, simple, modern logo
- logo may be in “grungy” style
- we don’t particularly look for "western / the wild west”, nor "hunting" style of logo
- logo to be delivered in scaleable vector format
- logo must look good in color as well as in black and white
- logo looks good on dark backgrounds
- logo may be as well used as watermark on photos

EDIT:
We primary need logo for dark background, so feel free to make the logo on pure black background.
