I need a complete set of plans for a modern, European-inspired two-story residence with tall ceilings. The ground floor must hold three bedrooms, each enjoying its own en-suite bath and walk-in closet, together with a generous guest suite. A light-filled two-story foyer anchored by a curved staircase with an arched walkway going into a 2 story living room featuring a statement fireplace and expansive windows. Open concept to kitchen and dining room.

The kitchen is to remain fully open to this living area, centred on a large island, and backed by a walk-in butler’s pantry. I also require a dedicated home office, a music room off from the foyer, a mudroom for everyday storage, and a spacious laundry. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms and a game room.

Please make the plans and 3d of the house

• Dimensioned floor plans for both levels
• Key elevations and roof plan
• 3D massing or interior perspective of the foyer/living room
• A brief material or fixture schedule (draft form is fine)
A small room for the play room.
It can have a front porch and large back porch but not farmhouse style.
Garage on the back side.
I would love photos of the outside and inside.
