Síntese do concurso

I have a personal training business which specialises in training older adults.

My vision for the card is to have an older woman (Grandmother-type) who looks fit, strong and sexy and is holding dumbbells to show this. I thought maybe she should be in a sleeveless top yet maybe have an apron on also. Her arms should show some definition in her muscles (biceps). I want to be able to express that you can be old, yet you can be empowered by the fact that you lift weights. I would also like her to be balancing on a bosu ball to illustrate "balance".

Maybe on the other side of the card, (or if you can put it on one side, that would be great) an old grand-father type guy. I imagine that he should be bald and maybe wearing a cap to the side. He should maybe be wearing 3/4 shorts and a tank top and maybe a towel hanging around his neck. He should also be doing some exercise.

These characters should not be frumpy old people, they should be fit, healthy people who love life and are happy because they exercise.

The writing should say:

BETTER BALANCE PERSONAL TRAINING
Specialists in Senior Fitness exercise

If only one character fits on the page because of all this writing, that's fine. In that case I will make a double sided card with the man on the other side

the pictures has watermark from dreamstime because you need to buy it first before you can use it. I can edit the pictures to be like that without background after you buy the pictures and then I can take our my copyright too. Thank you for your business.
