Comment from Matjagorjup: I like this version the most. Can you make this one with an extra orange dot on top of i and not the ying-yang recessed. The orange dot should be recessed (i shorter) so that the top of the dot will be in line with the other letters of Mativy.
And then make with this version:

When I send 'M logo character', you make comments: Like the idea of 2 elements. Must not form M. Better then paper=financial statements is to find a symbol for people, employees - their collaboration makes the result. Ying-Yang.

sorry to say but this logo is the most common logo in this world and it also copied from another logo - http://lawallpaper.net/3630-exclusive-letter-m-logo-letter-m-mountains-logo. If you wanted this one , you could have asked any of the designers to make it.
