I am a Software Developer trying to get my startup of two people off the ground. There are many opportunities to submit proposals to clients on a platform called the Blur Group. They're quite similar to Freelancer but have a far closes relationship with the professionals that they ask to submit proposals.

I need a talented, funky designer to help me come up with a photoshop (or other appropriate application) template of a 8 - 20 pages. This template is essentially a power-point type proposal document. It's essentially a really cool document that's a little bit edgy that let's a potential client know how I plan on achieving their project.

I've attached a reference document that Blur provides their professionals. It's a mockup and guide to how they suggest you compile the document. I'd like you to draw inspiration from that document.

I'd also really like you to ask questions. In fact, I'd feel much better if you asked questions. Also, don't feel the need to produce 20 pages. If you think you can produce something that is effective in 8 pages, I'd actually prefer that! :)

Here's more or less what I'd like included in the template:

* A title page
* A "Team" page - where I'd include the images of my partner and I and a little write up of us
* A "Technology" page - where I'd include the technologies I want to use to achieve their project - each technology will have a little write-up
* A "Costs and Expenses" page - where I'd layout (in a funky but readable format) what I think the project will cost
* A few different blank page designs where I'd just add some copy about my approach etc...

The person I ultimately award this bid to will be the person who thinks fresh and out the box. They'd provide some cool infographics that I could reuse for all my future proposals.

The huge goal here is to produce something that I can edit the copy of and add some images without it looking out of place. This will allow me to use it on a lot of future projects that I want to bid on.
