We need logo, business card design, letter-head, word document template for contracts, file (will be handed to our customers, with their copy of the contracts they signed in our office).

The name of the Notary Office is MACOVEI RADU-TICU & MACOVEI STEFAN-ALEXANDRU SOCIETATE PROFESIONALA NOTARIALA
That's Romanian for MACOVEI RADU-TICU & MACOVEI STEFAN-ALEXANDRU PROFESSIONAL NOTARY ASSOCIATION

We are a Romanian based notary office. We offer legal support for our customers: real estate sale/buy contracts, mortgage contracts, power of attorney, declarations, etc.

Our visual Identity must contain the key elements that are necessary to establish a professional looking brand for our business. The items included within a Corporate ID set include:
+ A logo
+ Business card
+ Company letterhead
+ A word document template to use for our contracts
All design must be provided in Adobe Illustrator .ai format.

Logo
The logo should be simple, elegant, clean and look classy. Should inspire seriousness and trust.
It needs to be professional and eye catching. Will be printed in B&W mostly but can contain colors.

Business Card
The card will be double sided with following detail appear.
(Company Name, Name, Phone number, Email address, Website URL), Physical adress

Letterhead
Design should be matching color theme of Logo/Business card.

Templates (For business card & Letterhead)
Have attached design templates for your design in Adobe Illustrator format.
You must DELETE all GUIDE DESCRIPTIONS/TEXT INSTRUCTIONS.

Template for contracts
Our sale contracts, mortgages, power of attorneys, testaments, etc will be edited on this template. Contracts have 3-8 pages each. Testaments, declarations, power of attorneys have 1 or 2. Property documents will be edited and printed on this templates.

We need the files to be delivered in .AI format (high quality vector), ready for printing! PANTON color codes are a MUST.

Please make some suggestions for a nice design for the Corporate Identity.

The file attached is actually what we are using now. And we want a change.

Please avoid any writing tools in the logo (pen, feather, etc.)Green and blue color mix is not very appealing to us too.
Logo needs to be sleek, classy and powerful. It has to inspire trust, seriousness, quality of services.
