We are opening something in between McDonalds and Starbucks.

Menu will have: few kinds of coffee, coffee to go, shakes, muffins, cookies, pizza slices, burgers, fries...

Looking for modern, happy, positive english name, logo and corporate identity.

will use ti on: billboards, flyers, t-shirts, coffee cups, food boxes...

I like number 15,17 and 20 style, but would like to see something on the logo that tells me that there is food in this place not just coffee.

13 looks nice but too shy... I would like something with more energy.

So that makes not only design a logo but also a name in disguise for a snacks shop. So how about 3 stars for your choice-able designs for the logo & 2 stars for the names you prefer mostly, so that we can get hints how to mockup with your choice & ideas all together perhaps !

  multicellular filaments called hyphae???
  But "American something" would be interesting...
  Logo should be more be more simple...
  This "Cx" colours look really nice.

  Mold = Style, pattern, shape, sculpt, make, construct, type etc,
  
  So as you sounded preferred the idea of "American style" so used "American Mold", also in addition you also mentioned business & identity is in between McDonalds and Starbucks so can say name was also taken as short form, from "McDonalds" & "Starbucks" [these two too].
