Digital painting of Neon Sign

1. I need a photo-realistic image of a NEON SIGN, as this will be used in a movie. I have provided the background photo of some vintage windows (see Google Drive link below). The Neon Sign needs to match the style/shape/look of another matte painting of a Neon Sign "PEARL CLUB" (see PDF guidelines for image reference) so all the characters and colors of neon tubes need to remain the same.

You can copy and paste these Chinese characters for use in the Neon Sign.

2. Please add illumination/lights in some of the building windows for a realistic NIGHT-TIME look. Basically the master photo was taken in the daytime, but to make it a nighttime photo, we need to add illumination to some of the windows.

3. Make sure to reference the PDF Guidelines provided to this contest, as it provides important details you will find useful for guidance on your digital work. The neon sign needs to jut out towards the viewer at an angle/perspective roughly shown in the PDF guidelines.

4. The final digital image size is to be 3840 X 2160 pixels in RGB color. The final delivery of the digital image would be a PNG file and a Photoshop file with layers. Attached to this contest is the master background photo that you will use for this job. Make sure to work with this master image, as it is already setup at the correct resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels.
