Contest Brief

We are a Swiss based company that import and distribute professional cosmetics products to beauty and hair professionals only. We are now setting-up an e-commerce website that will sell to end-users in Switzerland and across Europe some of the products we have on our catalogue (Nail polish, nail care, hands. foot and body care treatments, suncare, make-up, etc...). The name of the webshop is "BEAUTY KOSM" although it is important to know that the goods will be sold and invoiced using the name of our main company. We need someone to design a logo for Beauty Kosm to be used on the web, email newsletters, and other marketing material. We are pretty open on the color palette (just avoid the typical pink and related nuances) and the style of the logo but overall it should reflect the common values of the products we will sell in there:

1) Professional grade cosmetics for the masses
2) Products not normally sold on large retail chains such as drugstore, supermarket, dept. stores, etc
3) Natural, mineral, organic and not tested on animals products in most of the cases
4) Nice packaging (although not luxury)
5) Products targeted at female public with age 20-65 (not for Y generation)

UPDATE: Designers, please make sure to adhere to the following requirements if you can. Thanks in advance.

1) The word Beauty Kosm should stay on one line
2) The graphic element should recall the beauty, natural and healthy concepts adressing woman/men concerns.
3) Avoid fonts too much arabesqued and too old style.

We are need to get proposals and will make final decision in 2 weeks from now at the latest.
