Disclaimer: This is a spare time project for me. It may happen, it may not. Regardless this contest is guaranteed.

Write a 30 minute screenplay (25-40 pages) for a 3D animated episode of Dr Who.

Brief: The Doctor stumbles into the Tardis and regenerates, into a woman. The story that follows is up to you.

Rules:
The Doctor must be a woman.
The Doctor can be considered hot but must not be slutty or sensual.
The Doctor must retain his/her natural authority.
The Doctor should retain his/her cheerfulness.
The Doctor should not get into romantic situations.

Rights:
Any rights that the BBC do not hold in regards to this fan fiction will be held by me.
You will get a "Screenwriter" and/or "Writer" credit on the finished product.

Some of the doctor who writers have a very distinct writing style. For example, Moffat's dialogue is very unique and gives the current doctor a peppy, almost childish feel. Is this something you would like? I mean, would you like the script to resemble a current doctor who episode or be its own entity?

Is there any point in the Doctor Who timeline at which the script should start? (I.e., is the 11th Doctor the assumed starting point, or would the 10th, 9th, or classic-Who-era Doctors also be acceptable?)

  It would be preferable if you avoided the established timelines. Because it is intended as an animation having characters that we already know will present logistical problems with vocals and likeness rights.
  
  Also don't worry about ignoring the 13-life rule. This doctor could be the 12th or the 24th
