Contest Brief

I started an email campaign with Constant Contact. I thought I made a good page but my conversion rate was low. I am looking for help with some closing and call to action on my campaign for better click through and closing. I am marketing to a small group of Sign Language Interpreters. I have added the page I designed.
I would like to see what you would have done different and what call to action you would use.
