Contest Brief

I require TWO items.

1. LOGO
I require a logo with the letters EPYC. The Y is the shape of a tree. The words 'Evaluation Plan for Youth Care' need to be on the design. See crude image 1 for an example.

2. TREE IMAGE
Using the same tree as the logo, I need WORDS to 'form' the parts of a tree. See crude image 2 for a rough example.

WORDS FOR ROOTS: Cultural Activities, Volunteer, Spirituality, Resource Knowledge, Connection to Community, Connection to Culture, School or Work

WORDS FOR TRUNK: Coping, Hope, Confidence, Leadership, Insight, Esteem, Emotion Management, Goals, Motivation

WORDS FOR BRANCHES: Family, Peers, Service Provider, Employers / Teachers, Mentors / Elders

WORDS FOR TOP: Physical, Mental, Sexual, Substance Use, Sleep, Daily Schedule, Exercise, Doctor Visits, Respect for Law, Safety
