What types of tickets should be included in testing (IT, hardware, software, payroll, etc.)? For API work, which systems should be integrated, and do you already have the documentation ready? Do you already have a defined workflow, or should I design and structure it from scratch? What custom fields do you need in the ticket system? For payroll-related tickets, what exactly should be tested or automated? Will this be real user support via remote tools, or just system testing and simulation? And finally, what would you consider a successful delivery at the end of the 16 days?
