  In the supplied plan there are already established structural elements, my query would be the following one wants to maintain those elements and only generate improved facades and with a more modern architectural trend or is willing to make structural modifications a little deeper which will take work to your engineer local civilian.

  I have a small doubt, the CAD drawing has a sloping roof but in description you have mentioned for an accessible terrace, so we can change the roof to flat?
