Contest Brief

I have five internal training documents that must all share the same visual language so they sit neatly together in a 3-ring binder. The flagship file is the “ERFD New Employee Workbook,” and once its style is locked in the remaining four documents should mirror it exactly.

Here is what I need you to do:

• Replace every instance of the old logo with our new department logo and carry that color palette throughout.
• Standardize all typography—headings, body text, tables and call-outs—so each page looks consistent and professional.
• Work subtle but noticeable artistic accents into page headers, body, footers or margins: mountains, a river and trees are the preferred motifs (NW Oregon). They should feel cohesive with the logo, not like clip art stuck on top.
• Deliver the finished files in Microsoft Word so the staff can revise content later without losing the styling. A PDF export for quick reference would be a helpful bonus.

Acceptance criteria
1. The ERFD New Employee Workbook demonstrates the final style.
2. Remaining four documents match that style precisely.
3. No trace of the old logo anywhere.
4. New logo and chosen nature elements are integrated in a clean, repeatable layout.
5. Editable .docx versions provided for every file.
