Hi,

I need to find a freelancer to assist in the following:
- To design and do space planning for new office space.
- To consist of a meeting room for around 6 pax
- To consist of 1-man, 2-man, 3-man and 4-man workstation office. To maximise the space such as there can be a maximum combination of offices.
- To include a pantry next to the toilet (to consist of a fridge, water dispenser, microwave and wash basin, and typical storage drawers)
- To consist of a small cabinet for storage of cleaning equipment and stationery (can be anywhere in the office)
- To do up a 2D floor plan based on the best fit planning of office space.

When the 2D floor plan is ok, to do a 3D design of the office based on the 2D floor plan. To include suggested furniture design and overall office design.

Each office will include (per pax) - a workstation table, chair, a storage cabinet.

Hi. Sorry, I think my brief did not state too clearly. I need all the workstations to be inside partition office (ie, individual rooms). For example, one room can be 1 man office (with only 1 table, 1 chair and 1 cabinet), and another room can be a 4 man office (so there will be 4 tables, 4 chairs and 1 cabinet).

The pantry area is to be kept to the smallest size. Priority should be given for individual office room space.

After I have communicated with the chosen 2D design, will require the freelancer to come out with a 3D visualisation design as well showing the office design. Sample will be like: http://www.ultimatesolution.com.sg/officelot.html
