Fresh Food Market Hall and Deli
Brief

We are seeking a strong interior concept for a fresh food market. INTERIOR only design options.

It is essential that you use the Designs must fit within the provided SketchUp angles provided , this is an interior concept only/

This is not a standard supermarket.
We are looking for a space that is clear, structured, and visually strong — where layout, display, and architecture work together.

The design must include:

fruit & veg
deli
cheese
bakery / bread
ready meals
The Objective

Create an interior that is:

organised and easy to navigate
driven by one clear idea

Inspiration images and framework box have been provided. Look at the PDF before submitting

You are responsible for the layout.
Show clear zoning, efficient circulation, and strong internal logic.

Key Requirements
Produce Zone
Integrated, consistent, and well resolved. No loose fixtures.
Salad Wall (Required)
A strong feature wall for fresh produce.
Deli + Counter Dining (Required)
Include seating at the deli counter.
Cheese Room (Required)
A separate, defined cheese room that is visible within the space.
Bakery / Bread
Generous, organised display integrated into the design.
Ready Meals
Clear, efficient, and easy to use.
Ceiling
Respond to the folded roof. Integrate lighting and layout.

Colour Direction

bold use of colour and supergraphics / graphic
OR
natural / earthy / emotional environmental graphics
MUST Have unique bulkheads over food categories. Show us something different
No use of timber panelling or black in the scheme

Do not mix approaches.
Explain your choice briefly.
