Síntese do concurso

Looking for a unique hotel conceptual design geared toward supporting our guardsmen. The campus is up to 3 full acres for buiIding and parking. Desire to have 85 -100 rooms. Bldg should not be more than 40 feet tall. 2 B/R suites with small kitchenettes should be more frequent than standard rooms since our military tend to have to double bunk. Think functional and inexpensive without being cheap. A restaurant with bakery somewhere downstairs would be ideal. I love garden areas and outdoor recreation areas over pool areas since our military men and women will make this their home away from home.

  Site is approx 490' x 1180' with 2 lane road on the East perimeter and a 4 lane highway on the south permiter. North perimeter has 132 linear ft open of park area between the potential property and a residential neighborhood. There is more open land on the west border. The minimum setback for structures shall be 250 ft. from any residential
  district boundary or planned unit development residential boundary (based on approved master plan). The distance for setback shall
  be measured from the closest door of the building, or closest door of a tenant space in a multi-tenant building, to any residential or
  PUD residential district line.There are currently no other buildings on the property, I dont have a specific sq footage in mind. Preference is for the hotel to be back from the highway with access from the road on the east perimeter
