Needs to be done in illustrator - pure vector.
Resolution - 1136 X 640 px. Landscape.

Need a game background for a game.

I want there to be things about america - eg. Washington monument, white house, statue of liberty, mount rushmore for content.
I want atleast 8 iconic things about america..

I want the style to be flat. It has to be repeatable.
The ground needs to be only 60 pixels high, the rest should be artwork about america.

Are you looking for 8 backgrounds or one really long background with 8 images in it? What are the actual maximum dimensions of the artwork are you looking to use? (useful since you placed a raster dimension on vector artwork) and is the prize per monument you are looking to produce or the whole job?
