New graphical design for live poker tournament site www.thegrandlive.com, based on:
- This new logotype and background color (maroon colored): https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B9VZaX3Y8KMdUUM0YjI2cTlPamM&usp=sharing
- The current content and information. You may suggest addition to current content, but not eliminations.
- Adapt design to fit Wordpress theme from a well-established theme provider. Commercial providers with support service are preferred.
- Common, well-rated and recently updated Wordpress plugins.

Purpose of graphical design:
- Will allow a web designer to finish the website based on the graphical design and the current content and proposed additions.

Purpose of site www.thegrandlive.com:
- To market and inform about each of the events that is part of the series of live poker events called The GRAND live.
- Drive visitors to partners' sites (Betsson, Betsafe, Paf, Goalwin, RedKings etc) for online qualifiers.
- Drive visitors to direct buy-in.

Deliverables:
- All major graphical components and a screenshot/image of how the new website should look.
- Font suggestion including sizing/coloring for all the fonts used.
- Color scheme for all colors used on website.
- Focus should be on front page, and design on sub pages needs to be considered.

Guidelines and restrictions:
- Simplicity is good. Scandinavian design is preferred.
- You can add content that you think is missing.
- You might include photos/illustrations/media from royalty free stockphoto sites like istockphoto.com and equivalent.

Additional things to consider:
- People is good. Visible copy with clear message and call to action even better.
- The logotype should be integrated in the site, not just put on top like a stamp.
- Maroon is the preferred background color. Consider not using colors that dont fit together with maroon.
- Dont reuse graphics from the old site if you dont think it is good. We want to improve dramatically.
- No dices, no roulette. We play poker and despice the other casino games. They play on luck, we play on skills.
- Nice casino surroundings, Playboy/JamesBond/Casino Royal/Ocean's Thirteen are fine for inspiration, but optional.
