Síntese do concurso

Hi All,
I have a talent website called 321fame - right now we have a large homepage banner and I don't like it...

here are 2 options i am looking for

1) See the current file I have attached which is a design i really like but it needs the following
- the Text and Font needs to be smaller, it's to large and to bold
- if you notice you will see pictures of thing in the backgound on the banner , I love this idea but these pictures need to be of things to do with talent , like people Singing, Sports, Dancing , modeling - We are a Talent Website where people upload their talents so those photos should inspire people
- we need to make the photos come out a little more and really work well with the TEXT.....

2) let me see your ideas for the home page Banner - maybe you have a better idea!
