Note, I have 3 jobs listed on contests, all the same price and all very similar just needing very slight design modifications for each. Happy to award to one freelancer with a good design and able to deliver fast.

I need a home page design plus logo for www.compare-gps-vehicle-tracking.com.au, supplied in a PDF and PSD format.

The site is required to engage business owners and mangers, Government Departments, Decision makers with 2 vehicles to 2000 vehicles needing a GPS fleet management solution.

Requirements of home page

3. Resource centre for client to "Download Free business resources"
4. Home page requires at least four (4) advertising positions within home page design

The logo is still ambiguous as follows:
