Remade Background
I Remade the background using Vector Graphics in Inkscape (can scale to any size). Background, Black line, Company name & company text, names, and contact info all have there own layers. I also attached a quick business card example with new background. let me know what you think or any changes you would like to see.

With vector graphics it can be scaled to any size and not loose quality. You can do a pen to a billboard. (Vector graphics .svg Save information on how to draw the image instead of the pixels of the image) I can also Port it over to GIMP for more ease of use for you. GIMP would be a more traditional Image editor and easier export images and layers are more apparent. Can do separate GIMP files for Header, business card, wine label or anything else you need. I can size the images to the appropriate size for printing.

Very impressed. Would a wine label be also possible.? I have not used Inkscape hope it is easy to use. in any case I am looking at future small projects done by someone anyway.
