Hello Illustrators,

I need an fun, retro illustration of a Princess for a restaurant. It is a small restaurant serving authentic British food. The brief:

1. The illustration must be done in the style of (or similar to) the Vargas Girls: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=vargas+girls&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=4l8dU63iOKKFiQeR5YDgBA&ved=0CAkQ_AUoAQ&biw=1280&bih=735

2. The Princess must be wearing a crown or tiara or circlet... anything that would clearly identify her as royalty

3. The Princess must be holding her fork and spoon in one hand, and a wine glass in the other hand

4. The Princess must look fun, friendly and welcoming.

The rest is up to you! :)

Other details:

a. A full body image of the Princess, in a sitting/lounging position, is preferable
b. No nude/over-revealing Princess please
c. Bright colors, while keeping to the retro style, should be used
d. Digital illustrations that mimic the style with a modern twist are very, very welcome
e. Paintings/sketches on paper scanned in high-res will work too
f. No background, just the Princess
g. If selected, files can be submitted in: high-res JPEG, PNG (or any other high-res image formats), PSD, AI or SVG formats

I have a pretty cool simple design in my mind. But I need to see at least 50 to 80usd up there to even get started. Of course a full body is impossible even with 80USD (this is a contest, I don't want to waste so much time for nothing). So the price I have requested is for the portrait only (crown, wine glass and spoon will be included).
