Contest Brief
Need a design of a referral card. Card will be given to patients to be referred to another doctor for a free consultation.
The card is a double business card -tent card - 3.5x4 folding to 3.5x2
Basic layout and text are attached. Feel free to change colors and images. The design should feature a pleasing color, and an image of middle aged woman in discomfort with a male doctor.
