We need a plan of a restaurant kitchen plus a takeout area which is also a small deli where we sell condiments, spices and so on.
The kitchen is big and has to have a very good flow. We want the food delivered to the dining are through a window. In the window there needs to be a station with hot, infra-red, lamps to keep the food warm.
Attachments are dwg files, photos and measurements of appliances.

Big mixer on floor and another small on table.
Table has granite top. Flour and grain storage under granite table.
3. Sausage making
Station with a small meat grinder. (table space maybe 170 cm)
4. Smoker station
Smoker 1 -- smoker 2.
1 x stone oven and 2 x convection stack
6. Preperation stations
2 stations with 2 tables (170x100)
7. Station for food
Place to keep food hot and getting it out of the kitchen – preferable a window to the dining area.
8. Dish washing station
One large dishwasher and room for the dishwasher racks and another stuff.
9. Walk in Cooler
Room is 7 m2. Two freezers.
10. Sous Vide shelf – room for three sous vide equipments.
11. Storage for dry food (5m2)
