I’m ready to give Kulture Shock its visual identity and I’d like your help creating a logo that captures our core idea: global cuisine remixed with a dash of Southern Alabama spirit. The mood I’m after is upbeat, energetic and a little surprising—exactly what guests feel when they read our tagline, “Savor the Unexpected.”

Must-haves
• The words “Kulture Shock” plus the tagline worked naturally into the layout.
• Visual nods to food, a hint of cultural variety, and abstract forms blended together in a way that feels fresh rather than cluttered. Think ingredients meeting on a plate, not a busy collage.
• A bright, attention-grabbing palette—or any color treatment you feel best conveys fun and excitement. I’m open, so feel free to experiment and justify your choice.
• Fully scalable, vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG) plus web-ready PNG/JPG.
• One primary logo and at least one simplified mark/icon that still reads clearly at small sizes (social avatars, favicon, merch).

Nice-to-haves
If you like exploring hand-drawn elements, custom lettering, or clever negative-space tricks, bring them on; surprise me in the same way our menu surprises guests.

Acceptance criteria
1. Original concept, no stock or clip-art.
2. Color and grayscale versions supplied.
3. Proof that fonts are licensed or freely available.
4. Final files delivered in organized folders with a brief style guide (colors, fonts, spacing rules).

I’ll give prompt feedback throughout, so you can iterate quickly in Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or your preferred vector tool. Looking forward to seeing where your creativity takes “Savor the Unexpected.”

    CH, you need to watch out, most entries are going to be AI generated, 99% AI, these scammers will post HUNDREDS of AI images each but you can spot them, watch out for them dropping all entries super fast. Keep in mind a hand crafted design takes time to create, so multiple different entries in a row is impossible. The easiest way to spot them is typing their name into 'Search Entries' so you can see their pattern of spamming and how fast they are posting entries. ALWAYS SEARCH NAMES. I can not stress this enough, every single entry you like the look of, SEARCH NAME.

    Dear friend,

    My entries are #1166 , #1168 , and #1172 . What makes my work a little different is that I’ve provided both the full logo and a simplified icon—placed clearly with the logo on top and the icon below. Many others seem to have missed this detail.

    I’ve also prepared the SVG files for you. Most competitors create rough designs using AI and may not be able to provide proper vector files later, so I wanted to make sure you have everything ready and professional from my side.
