I would like a banner using my logo and filled with words to describe what I do.
Words to include: Coach, Coaching, Business, Employee Engagement, Culture, Excellence, Mobile Workforce, Leadership, Presenter, Workshops, Facilitator. Success, Strategy, Small Business Expert, Inspiring, Specialist, Trust, Connection. High-performance, Action-based. The words to have the most impact need to be Coaching, Leadership, Employee Engagement, Culture

I have attached an example that I like. The Logo was on the Left hand side that sits above profile picture.

I have attached a screenshot of how the banner sits with the profile photo.

I would need the banner in 2 sizes 1536x396 and 1536 x 768px
